All NEW Dynamic Pilates DIY 30 Day Pilates Challenge
There’s an old saying… ‘summer bodies are made in winter’ and we’ve certainly seen evidence of this with our super popular 30 Day Challenge. It is such a successful program that we’ve decided to make it more flexible and affordable so more Dynamic friends can benefit this winter.
The Best Bits of the Challenge
We’ve taken all the best bits of the regular Challenge and created two options to suit your work/life commitments and budgets. It’s totally flexible so there’s no need to worry about start dates, you can begin any day in June. Whether you are doing the Challenge to drop a dress size, improve your Pilates practice or clean up your diet and reboot your healthy lifestyle we will help and support you along the way!
1. 20 Group Classes in 30 Days (5 sessions per week) – $385
2. 12 Group Classes in 30 Days (3 sessions per week) – $280
How does it work?
It’s just like our regular 30 Day Challenge but this time you can choose either 12 or 20 group Reformer/Tower classes to complete in 30 days. We’ll provide you with a healthy nutrition plan to follow. If you want to track your progress there’s the option to take your own measurements and we’ll provide information on how to do that.
You can choose to attend any group Pilates classes at our Manly and/or CBD studio. All we ask is that you complete the classes within 30 days. To make it fair for all participants there are no extensions.

How do I sign up?
All you have to do is choose your option and purchase online. We’ll then send you all the information you need to get started.
The Dynamic Pilates Perfect Fit Challenge will run over 3 months starting early June, so once you finish the first one you are welcome to re-purchase and do it all again!
