I LOVE dynamic Pilates. The atmosphere and the teachers there make it such a fun experience. You always feel welcome and important. They focus on technique whilst catering to all fitness levels and goals! The classes are always different so you’re never bored! I love the effects it’s had on my body too! I feel leaner, stronger, more flexible and more in tune with my body and being able to activate and deactivate the right parts and the right time! I couldn’t recommend the studio enough!

Dynamic Pilates is such a great community. I am loving doing the online Mat classes. Had such an amazing class this morning with Britt this morning!! She always turns up in a happy state. Britt makes us work super hard and it always such a great work out. Britt pushes us the extra mile even when we don't want to go there, however, its so worth it in the end. Thanks Britt and Dynamic Pilates. You guys rock!!!

Dynamic Pilates classes are incredible -- every instructor is super friendly and constantly pays individual attention to correct and make adjustments. Absolute favourites are Britt, Natalia, Sabrina and Gemma, but honestly each is as good as the next + the overall standard couldn't be higher. I did the 30 Day Challenge as a newcomer to pilates, and love the results. 10/10 recommend!

I love Dynamic Pilates! The instructors are lovely and competent, observing our movements and postures for a better workout and to avoid injuries. Each of the instructors have a particular style, which make classes super dynamic and different. Dynamic Pilates improved my posture, mood, rest and body. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a healthier life!

Today was my second class. I was really nervous my first time coming, I was worried about being uncoordinated and not knowing what's happening. I've had two different instructors, Natalia and Julie, both different, but equally amazing. I felt like they explained things well, and corrected me when necessary. Some of the women in the class were experienced (I suppose the beginner timeslot suited them better) which made me nervous at first, but I found it helpful watching them. I obviously have a lot of learning to do, but I'm confident that this studio will be the right place for me, and I look forward to feeling stronger.

Yesterday was my first experience of Dynamic Palates classes. I was a new starter so I chose the 'beginners class. I thought it was going to be a major challenge for my body however, with a good instructor and some great tips i was able to master most of the exercises. Highly recommend for anyone with tight muscles or a crook back. Happy Palates, Gary O'Brien

Absolutely love this place! All the instructors are great and what makes them great is that they are all different, so it keeps the classes interesting. All teachers radiate competence so I feel confident in the workout I do. I feel so stretched after a class, its wonderful!

I've taken many many Pilates Reformer classes for over a decade. I'm currently in a state of some serious need to refocus on myself so I turn back to Pilates. It's my first week taking them here and immediately fell in love with this studio. The classes here are nice and intimate (max 9), they teach the real Pilates practice, unlike what you'll get in gyms which are more fitness focused- less mindful of the right posture, pace and poses. There are lots of class options and they even have Reformer Fit with jump boards, which are a nice change of pace to the regular Pilates reformer classes. So excited to have found Dynamic!

Absolutely loved the Reformer Pilates Beginners classes, both on Sunday 10am and Thursday 6:30pm. It was the first time trying it out for me and I am not disappointed! The studio is great, convenient location in Manly, the coaches are experienced, attentive and pretty thorough. I think I will need to come once a week now!

Highly recommend this place. Such individual instruction. My daughter and I started classes together 6 weeks ago and we are both so happy. I'm over 50 and my daughter is a uni student. Comfortable, professional and challenging. We love it and are loving feeling the results .

A great boutique studio of 12, meaning the instructors have time to move around and review individual performance and technique. Range of classes at different times suitable for all levels. I love my morning classes with Britt! A great way to start the day

Great teachers and good variety of classes for all abilities. Small but adequate in size, the manly studio is in a very convenient location. The equipment is all brand new and clean. I did the 30 day challenge and loved it! Would recommend Dynamic Pilates to everyone.

Dynamic Pilates is a great reformer studio! I’ve been going there for a few years and I’ve seen an improvement in my posture, muscle tone, and strength. The studio has lots instructors so there are many classes and teaching styles to chose from. The instructors are all helpful and passionate about Pilates. I am very happy I found Dynamic Pilates and highly recommend them.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. If you haven’t tried reformer Pilates you must add it to your training regime. Keeps you strong and solid and injury free. And is an amazing workout. And this is the place to do it. Good equipment, a lovely central studio and amazing instructors who all watch carefully and correct your technique... (especially love Dinah, Britt and Ed for this). Thank you dynamic!!!

Great studio! All equipment is new, clean and well maintained. Instructors are thorough and can tailor a class to your needs. I recently returned after a few years away (for medical reasons) and was well looked after. Good online booking system including wait list options. And all just across the road from the epic Manly beach, great coffee and the perfect sunrises if you go for the early classes.

Awesome Pilates studio. Would highly recommend! Variety of teachers but they all have regular classes so you get the best of both worlds. Lots of classes to choose from with new equipment. A great place for beginners to start or those who are more experienced!

I have neck issues restricting me from high intensity exercise and the reformer technique allows me to continue exercising gently and focus on area to strengthen and stretch for my recovery. Teachers support me with modified exercises when needed. I've been doing regular 1:1 sessions with Ed and it's really making a difference. My husband who is super fit also finds it useful for strengthening smaller muscle groups and increase his flexibility.

Fantastic experience, exceeded expectation. On an extended holiday in Manly from Scotland I joined Dynamic Pilates classes as a beginner. I found them highly beneficial for my fitness / well being and therefore attended almost daily. The studio was very clean with good modern equipment. Instruction was excellent and enthusiastic. I hope to return to Manly in December. If so, I will be there without doubt. Thank you to Janette and Gemma for an inspirational introduction to Pilates.
