Along with priding ourselves as Sydney’s leader in Group Reformer Pilates classes, Dynamic Pilates offers Private 1:1 & Semi-Private Sessions (Group of 2 or Group of 3) for those interested in more personal or focused Pilates improvements.

About Our Private Pilates Sessions

Private Sessions place emphasis on your own individual & specific needs, with professionally customised workouts for regular clients, those with injuries, pathologies or limitations, pregnant mother’s to be, to the most advanced Pilates enthusiast or elite athlete with specific training goals. Your session program is personally tailored to achieve your goals, adapted over time and updated each session by your highly qualified Instructor.

Our Private & Semi-Private Sessions are hosted at our four studios, but primarily Manly and the CBD locations, and are designed to focus on specific or complete body areas to improve strength, flexibility and mobility. To achieve this we make full use of the BASI Systems Reformer/Reformer Tower, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Arm Chair Barrel & Spine Corrector to assure maximum range of improvement through diverse equipment options that will allow you to flourish in everyday life (and leap ahead in your Group Reformer Classes!)

The larger, full repertoire of specialist Pilates equipment was designed by Joseph Pilates to develop muscle condition and increase their length under load without placing impact on joints, improving posture and skeletal alignment. The supportive environment and focused attention in our Private & Semi-Private Pilates Sessions promotes symmetry and balance of muscles and increases control from the core musculature areas of the body (abdominal’s, pelvic floor and intrinsic back muscles).
