Dynamic Pilates Feature In OK Magazine

In some fantastic and extremely humbling news for our team here at Dynamic Pilates – we have just been featured in the Star Style Health section of OK Magazine!

With the rise of the Pilates Revolution over the last few years, OK Magazine set out to uncover the origins of Pilates (dating back to WWI) and why superstars like Kim Kardashian had adopted Reformer Pilates into their workout regime so readily.

In the article, OK Magazine took a particular interest in the advanced equipment used in Reformer Pilates classes like ours here at Dynamic Pilates.  Working out on apparatus’ such as the Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and Ladder Barrel can be surprisingly tough – which is why they’re so good for core strength, posture and even injury rehabilitation.

OK Magazine were so intrigued, in fact, that they decided to come on down to the spiritual home of boutique Pilates in Sydney and get a taste of the real deal!

Here’s what OK’s Amber had to say about her visit!

“I’ve always been intrigued by pieces like the Wunda Chair, Cadillac, Spine Corrector and Arm Chair Barrel, so I jumped at the chance to road test them at Dynamic Pilates in Sydney. And it didn’t disappoint!

Don’t be deceived by the relaxing vibe of the studio, because this one place where you’ll get a tough workout. My instructor kept a close eye on my alignment as she showed me how to use the pieces properly, and I worked muscles I didn’t even know I had”.
