Dynamic Pilates takes pride in our perfection towards correct technique and to assure new clients master the basics of the Pilates method. As it takes time and repetition to build your Pilates confidence and knowledge, we recommend new clients complete at least one Private session before joining our Semi-Private sessions.
To book your appointment for any one of our Private, Duet’s or Semi-Private Pilates sessions please search and submit an Appointment. Our Pop Up studio is located inside Fitness First, 800 Pittwater Rd Dee Why NSW 2099. Note you don’t need Fitness First membership to use our Dee Why Pilates studio, simply inform the Fitness First reception staff and they will direct you in to our studio.
Your first visit will include a one hour Private Pilates session with a Dynamic Pilates Practitioner who will individually assess your muscle activation, range of movement and flexibility, to develop a Pilates workout program perfect for you.
Your first visit will enable you to grasp basic principles and appreciate their benefits, understand the importance of focused breathing, and become completely aware of your body alignment and stabilisation techniques.
As you progress your Pilates journey with us and become more confident with the levels (beginner through to advanced), we apply and progress techniques to continue strengthening and stretching your muscles, iteratively developing your body’s support system, resulting in you feeling invigorated with higher mind and body connection.
For anyone interested in experiencing the Pilates Method and gaining an insight to how Pilates can help them achieve their movement or performance goals. In the sessions our highly experienced Pilates Practitioner will target specific areas and bio mechanical issues while addressing restrictions or body pain from past or present injuries. The initial Private Pilates session is a comprehensive assessment that will develop your awareness of posture and gait. In the second Private Pilates session our Pilates Practitioner will tailor you specific exercises that are foundational to the changes you want to feel in your body.
Buddy Up and enjoy an immersive Pilates experience with a partner or friend. The three sessions are designed to showcase the full scope of the Pilates Method. Our expert Pilates team run these training sessions to highlight the benefits of the Reformer, Trapeze and Wunda Chair, demonstrating the rich rewards for your body and support system.
