A yoga studio that hums? You can’t make this stuff up. With its luxurious spa feel, this might be one of the most glamorous studios we’ve ever been to. The lovely guys here have literally thought of everything. Complimentary coconut water? Yes, please. Try the Dynamic Flow class, a popular favorite. You’ll deserve a little treat afterward, so walk a few steps down the road and check out the recently opened Home of Nutrition. This healthy smoothie paradise has an option for everyone, making it ideal for a post-workout boost.

Let’s be honest, going to PT can be pretty daunting, right? Thankfully, the guys at Revolution PT will instantly put you at ease. The team personalizes everything for you, and with all the different options, you can trust that class will always different. You’re going to work hard, yes, it’s achievable and fun. Just in case that’s not enough to convince you to give it a go, why not try out a session then head over for a well-deserved brunch at Deadman Espresso? A health-inspired cafe that serves up a decent coffee and some of our fave breakfasts—what more could you need in the morning?

Simply put, this studio is onto a winner. If ever there was a good example of creating a relaxing and welcoming environment, it’s here. With its chic boutique feel, Yogaxtc keeps classes small so you really benefit from the teachers’ guidance and one-on-one attention. The yoga classes are powerful, personalized and effective. When you’ve finished class, opt for a healthy brunch at the recently opened SOS Café. The menu is full of nutritious, fresh dishes and Instagram-worthy smoothies.

Strengthen at Dynamic Pilates (Crows Nest) and then head to Fresh Crows Nest Cafe
There’s nothing better than a well-taught Pilates reformer class. Whether you’re taking a 45-minute lunch break or have an hour to spare during the day, visit Dynamic Pilates in Crows Nest for a class that teaches alignment, strength and muscle isolation. Take a beginner’s class if you are newer to the exercise, or go for a more advanced class for a total workout. Afterwards, enjoy all-day breakfast at the Fresh Crows Nest Cafe. We can never go past the Avocado matched with the Green juice. Enjoy!

Practice at Yoga Village (Potts Point) and then head to Fratelli Paradiso
Tucked away New York-style is one seriously amazing yoga studio in Sydney, Yoga Village. Expect to be greeted by smiling faces and surrounded by a community of yogis. We recommend you take a hatha or ashtanga class taught by renowned teachers who practice and preach all eight limbs of yoga. And if you are new to yoga, sign up for the Six-Week Yoga for Beginners Workshop; the first week is available here. Afterwards, take a stroll down Maclay Street and turn left onto Challis Avenue. Settle into Fratelli Paradiso for an true Italian coffee. No doubt you’ll be peckish, so we recommend you go for the the scrambled eggs and fruit salad or, if you’re up for something more decadent, the amazing almond croissant!

Sweat at Fitness Playground (Erskinville) and then head to End of King
To all those women out there who enjoy a strong workout, we encourage you to take Rockbottom, which targets thighs, hips and butt. Alternatively, if you love barre, the BootyBarre class is intense and powerful but still lots of fun. The class incorporates weights, the ballet barre and bands, and you are bound to break a sweat instantly. After class, cross the road and enter End of King, a tasty little cafe that offers salads and juices made fresh on premises. We recommend the Super Salad because, let’s face it, you totally deserve it after that workout!
